Olejomalba je technika, která vyžaduje papír s velmi dobrou mechanickou pevností. Od roku 2012 nabízí ARCHES® papír připravený k použití speciálně vyvinutý pro tuto techniku.

Vyrobeno na válcové formě (tradiční proces): kvalita se blíží kvalitě papíru vyrobeného řemeslnými metodami. Pomalé otáčení válce umožňuje rovnoměrné ukládání vláken a jejich šíření do všech směrů po drátu. Papír je homogenní, s plošším povrchem a lepší pevností a stabilitou za mokra, což dává umělci větší kontrolu.
