Tassoni’s Citron-flavoured Tonic is an unconventional tonic water with an aroma of citron, Tassoni’s signature ingredient. Ideal neat or perfect to give an aromatic twist to mixed drinks. The complex and at the same time delicate bitter notes that characterise it result from the use of an unusual ingredient for tonic water: quassia, a vigorous plant that grows in the tropics. This natural tincture, obtained by macerating the wood, provides a whole host of aromatic nuances, skilfully balanced by our master herbalist. Enjoy it neat with ice, or in delicious mixed drinks.
