CEDRATA THE TRADITIONAL TASTE. Cedrata Tassoni was launched in 1956 as a typically Italian non-alcoholic soda made from totally natural ingredients. The specially selected Diamante citrons, picked in the top-quality orchards of Calabria between October and November, when their peel is still green and rich in aromatic components and powerful antioxidants, are the principal ingredient of our Cedrata. These citrons are transported to our company in Salò and carefully processed: their thin external peel is removed and subjected to a process of steam distillation, in ancient copper alembics dating from 1872. Enjoy it at its best with ice and a basil leaf, which enhances its aromas and flavours even more.
