Do not pierce the pack. Eaten after cooking.Bring to the boil 1 liter of water for each 100 g of gnocchi. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and the gnocchi. When they come to the surface, cook for 2 minutes, then drain and add a sauce of your choice.
